  • what a great site and informative posts, I will add backlink - bookmark this site? Regards.
  • Great show, very informative and solid practical advice. Just a suggestion on the intro graphics, shorten it as the length may discourage some new viewers. Also when you endorse a website, feature the text of the website not just your reading it. Also as you read it if you say " triple w dot name dot calm" it could make it smoother or just "name dot com" as w w w . is understood. Thanks again for your important effort.

  • Hi Mark a good start and interesting presentation thanks for the google analytical tip which you told me about and then I forgot to check it out.

As you can see from my website I am retired now and not looking to start up in business but your marketing technics are useful not just in a monatary way, they can be adapted to further the cause of say charities and raising awareness. Hence I will be following your presentations with interest and will be adding your link to my website.

    Very best wishes Joanne

  • Hi Mark,

Good start :-) I am sure you'll have lots of stuff to talk about. One suggestion, that I haven't found anywhere else (yet) would be case stories. People running successful businesses online. Do a small interview with them. Bloggers. Webshops etc. How they started. Why they started. What their greatest challenges were in the beginning etc. In return they'll get 30-60 secs. of exposure on your show. It'll be interesting to all of us (I think) to hear the story of other online entrepreneurs.
  • Hi Mark, I enjoyed your first presentation, just a couple of suggestions: As a busy person I nearly switch off because the razzamataz at the begining was toooooo long! And credits should be included at the end.
I look forward to your next one
    Regards

  • Hi Mark,

I really enjoyed the show. You're a natural presenter... I think Its only a matter of time before you get hunted down by the BBC.... watch out Paxman!

I've never been a great reader so this will be the perfect way for me to improve my internet marketing knowledge. I cant wait for the next one.

Hello Mark, many thanks for this first episode, very well presented and the content is excellent. I liked the part on Google Analytics, and feel that it is so important to keep a track of things so that you know what is happening with your figures, and can get an idea of how well you are doing.

Thanks Mark, fantastic job on the first one, and I look forward to many more future episodes.

    Warmest Regards,

    Gordon

  • Many thanks for all of your comments so far.

I am so pleased you have all liked the show. Sitting in front of a camera has been very new to me and I find it much easier talking from the stage.

I am sure I will get the hang of it as time goes by.

    Thanks Mark,

I did what you said and got someone who was not use to buying online and they could put all the order in the basket but couldn't find the checkout button!!!!!

Just that one piece of advice is worth its weight in gold.
