I tried local ppc but found that may IP addresses are not located at local address eg my AOL account IP address is in Manchester and wont allow me to check my campaign. My work IP address is in Bradford. Do you know any stats on how many IP addresses are located away from physical address?

New to the show, just saw my first episode. I like the topics, but it would appeal more to me if you talked a little about the nuts and bolts of the implementation of the ideas or at least pointed the viewer somewhere that they could find that information.
