Today you explained that it is best to host a blog as a subdomain of main site. EG yourdomain.com/yourblog
However, | thought a subdomain was like yourblog.yourdomain.com

Surely a /yourblog is just another page of the website, and how would visitors to such an addition be able to add comments.

I do not know how to set-up a subdomain properly either.

Could you expand and expalin please?

A sub "Directory" is best eg yourdomain.com/yourblog

A sub directory is like a folder and can contain a complete site so a page on your blog would then be yourdomain.com/yourblog/yourblogpost
