    You should wear a lapel mic or similar - the audio is a fraction out.

    Also, the should have shown Murel's letter for a few more seconds - at least so we could see his note and his web address - everything is marketing and marketing is everything as they say.

    Also, SLOW DOWN!!!

    Show the questions for longer.

    Speak more clearly.

    Cut the time spent on the ASK ANDREW graphic - the video editing is a bit rough.

    Don't ask for a email address to leave a comment - is looks cheap.

    Does anyone have experience of using Google Adwords on a local basis ie where in theory only customers in your target area see your ad when they google one of your chosen keywords. This should mean that you can achieve higher position in sponsored listing with your budget through avoiding wasted clicks by customers out of you local area who will be unlikely to buy your local products eg pizza shop, hairdresser. However I have found a problem where IP addresses are not always correctly located eg I live in Glasgow but my IP address is in Manchester.. Does anyone know what proportion of IP addresses are located incorrectly and is it enough to worry about???

    Hi Mark, I really enjoy your show. I too noticed that your previous show was missing but I didn't send an email. I realize that somethings things happen in life and sometimes people are not able complete their tasks. Sickness, accidents, technical problems, finances and vacation are things that can happen to alter a regular routine. I'm sure that many others felt the same. Keep up the great show. Bob
